Capital Smart City Islamabad
CapitalSmart City is the first smart city in Pakistan, 4th in Asia, and 23rd globally.
It is the first housing society in Pakistan with a 400ft (18 lanes) wide
boulevard road. The Society has been designed on an urban management model for
sustainable development in the country. It was developed by Habib Rafiq (Pvt).
Ltd and Future Holdings Developments Ltd.
A
Singaporean company, Surbana Jurong, designs the master plan of this modern
Society. Capital Smart City is located along M-2 Islamabad-Lahore Motorway near
Thalian Interchange and on Chakri Road. The Society’s master plan has been
unveiled for 100,000 Kanal land with six access points. RDA approved capital
Smart City Islamabad NOC in September 2019.
Capital Smart City NOC
Rawalpindi
Development Authority approved the NOC of this developed Society in September
2019. In January 2022, it also got its NOC from Sui Northern Gas Pipelines
Limited to supply gas. The Society has the NOC for electricity, water
management, and sewerage system.
Capital Smart City Location
The
society location is on M-2 Motorway near Thalian Interchange. It can also be
accessed from main Chakri Road. The Society also has a dedicated interchange on
points 332-333 of M-2 Motorway, approved by the National Highway Authority.
Some of the other housing societies near Capital Smart City are Eighteen
Islamabad, Al Mairaj housing scheme, Lahore Smart City, and Blue World City.
Capital Smart City Access Points
This
Society can be accessed from three different locations. It can be accessed from
M-2 Motorway, Rawalpindi Ring Road, and Chakri Road. It has six access points,
four of which are located on Chakri Road. Recently, National Highway Authority
has approved a dedicated interchange for this Society.
Capital
Smart City Plots Sizes
This
Society offers different plot sizes that can accommodate every kind of investor
for residential and commercial purposes. It has residential plots of 5 Marla, 7
Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal. Its commercial plots include 4
Marla and 8 Marla sizes.
Keeping
in mind the facilities and infrastructure the developers have designed, the
Society offers an easy installment plan and reasonable prices.
Capital Smart City Overseas Prime Balloting
This
district was launched in October 2020 by society management. It has a total of
11 sectors. The district is located about 15 minutes away from M-2
Islamabad-Lahore Motorway. Fortunately, it is expected that the Capital Smart
City Overseas Prime balloting will start in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
